Art Exhibition

Heyo!

I have been so busy with writing out and coming up with blog post ideas, and I am really excited to be uploading way more than I have been in the past, lots of good content headed your way so if you don't already follow me on social media or my blog you should to know when I'm next posting!

I am really lucky to go to a university and meet people heavily invested in the creative arts, something lots of bigger universities do not get the privilege of sometimes. Attending a smaller university which specialises in the arts and humanities, studies not often considered 'academic' in the same way the sciences might be, means I can easily befriend network with people interested in the same things as I am. I have made some great friends who aren't into the same things as me, and friends who are. Regardless, I have been able to see them all develop in their respective fields and watch them, and their talent, grow significantly since the first time I met them and saw what they did.

Some of my friends put on a small art exhibition to showcase their work, and I felt so proud of them, because it's not easy showing the world what you've been doing because especially now in a world that is sometimes so eager to criticise. Their work is really insightful and with a mix of illustration, prints and photography, it may have been small but it was overflowing with talent.

They have been working so hard, and it really shows in their work, and although this is only an insight into what they do and how talented they are, seeing it all around the room was amazing. The event took place at Juno in Bath, and it's a great venue for things like this, so go and check this place out if you're local to the area, you won't be disappointed!

I thought about writing a bit about all of them, but I've decided to let the work and their individual style speak for itself. If you want to contact any of them I have included their Instagram handles and names, and I am sure they would be so happy and welcome any positive responses, queries, or even potential interest in purchasing any of their work.
